The ground rules for using Podhewaley as a customer, vendor or gardener.

The platform
Podhewaley is a marketplace that connects customers with independent nurseries, gardeners and landscapers. Vendors are responsible for their products and services; Podhewaley provides the platform, verification and support.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to access areas they are not permitted to, or harm other users may be suspended.
Bookings and orders
Prices, availability and timings are shown before you confirm. Cancellation and refund terms are shown at the time of booking and depend on the service and its status.
Plants are living things
Photos are representative. Size, colour and flowering vary by season and batch, and care after delivery affects how a plant grows.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced on the site.
